Radiant Vermin in Bristol and London

Multi–award wining Philip Ridley's new play Radiant Vermin will have its world première at Bristol's Tobacco Factory next month, prior to a five-week season at London's Soho Theatre.

In the cast are Gemma Whelan and Sean Verey.

Whelan is best known as Yara Greyjoy in television drama Game of Thrones but on stage she has worked with Ridley before on Dark Vanilla Jungle; her other stage credits include One Man, Two Guvnors.

Verey has also worked with Ridley, starring in political drama Moonfleece. Television watchers will recognise him from BBC Three sitcom Pramface in which he plays Jamie.

Amanda Daniels who appeared in Ridley's play Shivered completes the cast. Ridley's other credits include Tender Napalm.

Radiant Vermin is a comic satire about the housing crisis.

Radiant Vermin plays Tobacco Factory Theatres, Bristol from 27 February and Soho Theatre, London from 10 March.
