Kids Week - 1 to 31 August 2013

Nearly 50,000 tickets were sold on the first day of sales for Kids Week.

Kids Week, now in its 16th year, is the Society of London Theatres initiative where one child goes to the theatre free with every full paying adult; purchases do not attract booking or postage fees and additional children can be booked at half-price.

Julian Bird, Chief Executive of SOLT said, “The sales within the first 24 hours for Kids Week are incredible—and we would like to thank the many shows that have once again supported this initiative to enable children to enjoy the theatre in the month of August.

"We look forward to more tickets being put on sale in the coming weeks, so please continue to check the web site for more offers.”

Kids Week now runs for the whole month of August, and, as well as attending shows, free activities are on offer for under 16s such as workshops and behind the scene visits.
