Spring season at London's Canada Water Culture Space

Manjeet Mann in Flying Solo, part of the new season at Canada Water Culture Space

Deptford's Albany programmes the events at the 150-seat Culture Space and their new season there starts in February.

Spring highlights include Meta, a play developed with students in the borough of Tower Hamlets about the teenage brain, one-woman show Flying Solo from Manjeet Mann, comedy theatre from ‘anarchist cook’ George Egg who uses hotel room equipment to cook meals and storytelling event An Icy Man based on Northern folklore, myths and legends.

Work for children and younger audiences includes the return of Handa’s Hen from Little Angel Theatre, silent comedy style Flat Pack, Orion and the Dark, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Need a Little Help, a co-production from Tangled Feet and children’s theatre specialists Half Moon.

Canada Water Culture Space is at Canada Water Library, London.
