Thatcherwrite: new plays on a controversial Prime Minister

Thatcherwrite will run from 11 to 15 June at South London's Theatre503.

The theatre has invited a group of writers to contribute to a short series of plays on the subject of one of the UK’s most divisive Prime Ministers, Margaret Thatcher. Writers include participants of the Theatre's writers-in-residence scheme, newly-discovered writer Ben Worth and Daily Telegraph theatre critic Dominic Cavendish.

The full line-up is Kate Adshead, Brad Birch, Jon Brittain, Dominic Cavendish, Fraser Grace, Jimmy Osborne, Dan Rebellato, Judy Upton, Brian Waters and Ben Worth.

Theatre503 is the smallest venue to have received an Olivier Award. The artistic director is Paul Robinson and the literary manager is Steve Harper.
