As previously reported, the work of French–born surrealist Marcel Duchamp lies behind the multi-disciplinary season at the Barbican running until June.

This week further events were announced that include Cabaret Duchamp, an evening hosted by Will Gompertz in the Barbican Theatre, a series of one-off performances of John Cage’s work by a host of leading contemporary musicians and two special performances in the gallery by Rambert Dance Company and Richard Alston Dance Company of Merce Cunningham’s work.
