King's Head Theatre's thirty-minute streams are glimpses into the business called show.

Topics have so far included directing, producing, marketing and running a theatre and this coming week the sessions look at:

Monday 6 April – Company Takeover: A network of UK resident international multidisciplinary artists, Global Origins, hosts the company takeover discussing and taking questions on cross-cultural storytelling.

Tuesday 7 April – Q&A DAY – Access In Theatre: King's Head Theatre trustee and co-founder of immigration advice charity Here For Good, Tahmid Chowdhury, talks about access in theatres.

Wednesday 8 April – Ask Us Anything: Producer Darren Murphy will take questions around producing and transferring shows.

Thursday 9 April – Skills Sessions: Theatre and events photographer Nick Rutter will talk about production photography, publicity shots and working with a marketing team.

Friday would normally be Book Club day but the team will take a break over Easter, returning with Jon Brittain who will be discussing The Pillowman.

Daily streams are via Facebook and Instagram with previous weeks' content available for catch up on the King's Head web site.

The King's Head Theatre raises 80% of its income from ticket sales and, like many small venues, faces an uncertain future; whilst all episodes are offered at no cost, donations are welcomed from those who are able to give them.
