Training with Thriller Live

West End hit Thriller Live has at least six boys ready to perform at any one time but has a fast turnover because boys whose voices break cannot stay on.

In the face of this dilemma, The MJ Academy opens in November, launched by Thriller Live producers, to provide tuition for young performers with a view to them joining the show's cast.

Free classes are offered for a three month term with sessions in singing and dancing one evening a week. The producers are looking for confident and energetic boys of black or dual heritage, aged 9-14 to see if they are suitable for the Academy.

Open auditions are being held on Friday 2 November in London. For further information, contact Debbie O’Brien Casting at [email protected] or telephone 01462 742919.
