Picture Perfect: A New Musical by Scott Evan Davis and Simon Greiff, is to receive its London première with four performances at the St James Studio later this month.
The contemporary song-cycle exploring love and relationships stars Helen Hobson whose West End credits include Donna in Mamma Mia! and Mrs Johnstone in Blood Brothers. She also played the Mother Abbess in The Sound of Music at Regent’s Park Theatre.
Joining her in the cast is Jerome Pradon who has played Javert in Les Miserables, Aragorn in The Lord of the Rings and The Man in Whistle Down the Wind in the West End.
The cast is completed by Lucie Jones recently seen in American Psycho at the Almeida Theatre and Joel Harper-Jackson who has just appeared in the Rent 20th Anniversary tour.
Scott Evan Davis is an award-winning American composer; his song "If We Say Goodbye" which won the Broadwayworld Award for Best Song features in Picture Perfect: A New Musical.
Picture Perfect: A New Musical was conceived and directed by Simon Greiff and has musical direction by Colin Billing. It plays the St James Studio on 31 May and 1 June.
