North East theatres are starting to get back to normal after the panto season, although some still feature amateur pantos of other Christmas shows and some have comedy or music one night stands. Actual professional theatre productions are:
- The touring production of The Rise and Fall of Little Voice comes to the Newcastle Theatre Royal from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Two circuses come to Sunderland Empire this week: on Monday it’s Circus of Horrors and on Wednesday the Moscow State Circus.
- Central African dance company La Monana comes to the Customs House in South Shields on Saturday.
- On Saturday at 11.30 and 2.30 Sea Legs Puppet Theatre presents Little Bo Peep for children of 2+ at ARC, Stockton.
