The touring production of High Society comes to the Theatre Royal, Newcastle, from Tuesday to Saturday whilst Theatre of Moths presents Remember Jim? in the Studio on the same dates.

On Tuesday and Wednesday Company Chameleon presents Pictures We Make at Northern Stage.

Russian Cossacks: Russian State Dance Ensemble is at the Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre on Wednesday, followed on Saturday by LA Production Company North East with Singin’ Alang The Scotswood Road.

Public Announcement, Dance City’s showcase for new dance works, is on Thursday.

Mother Africa comes to Sunderland Empire on Wednesday.

At the Customs House, South Shields, this week Icarus Theatre Collective presents Romeo and Juliet on Tuesday, Irish music and dance show Celtic Dream is on Wednesday and Call Mr Robeson: A Life, with Songs on Thursday.

At Alnwick Playhouse Pulse—Youth Dance is on Thursday, Call Mr Robeson on Friday and Northern Elements presents Home on Saturday.

An “hallucinatory odyssey through time and culture”, Gargantua, is at The Maltings in Berwick on Monday, followed by Appetite Dance Productions with Letter to my Father / CRUSH on Friday and Call Mr Robeson arrives on Saturday.

Call Mr Robeson comes to the Queen’s Hall in Hexham on Wednesday.

The Jasmin Vardimon Company presents Freedom at Whitley Bay Playhouse on Monday.

Letter to my Father / CRUSH comes to the Gala in Durham on Saturday.

The Enormous Turnip, presented by Stuff and Nonsense Theatre Company and aimed at age 2+, is at Arc Stockton from Monday to 6th April and the venue’s ARCADE Scratch Night returns on Wednesday.
