The National Theatre production of Travelling Light is at the Theatre Royal in Newcastle from Tuesday to Saturday.

ATC in association with The North Wall present Sarah Kane's Crave at Northern Stage from Tuesday to Thursday.

Children's show Hairy Maclary and Friends is at Alnwick Playhouse on Thursday afternoon.

Funnybones (for ages 3 to 7) is at The Maltings in Berwick on Tuesday at 12 and 2.30.

Scamp Theatre & Watford Palace Theatre present Tiddler & Other Terrific Tales (for age 3 and over) at the Gala in Durham at 2pm on Saturday.

Hormonal Housewives is at Darlington Civic Theatre on Monday, followed by The Gruffalo which runs from Tuesday to Thursday.

Meet the Georgians: An evening of historical performance will be presented in the Georgian Theatre Royal, Richmond, on Saturday.
