From Thursday to Saturday, Greyscale presents Gods Are Fallen and All Safety Gone at Northern Stage.

Rendezvous continues at Live Theatre until Saturday. Details of accompanying workshops and other events can be found on the theatre's web site. On Sunday, Live holds another Ten Minutes to... event, featuring six ten-minute plays, this time responding to the theme "Make a Memory."

On Wednesday, Teatro Pomodoro presents Resurrection Half Price, a weird comedy which asks what if Mary and Jesus were born again today, at Alphabetti Theatre.

Third Angel's The Life and Loves of a Nobody comes to the Queen's Hall in Hexham on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Life and Loves of a Nobody moves to Hartlepool Town Hall Theatre on Thursday.

From Thursday to Saturday at Middlesbrough Theatre, The Stephen Joseph Theatre presents Sir Arthur Sullivan’s Cox & Box—Mrs Bouncer's Legacy, adapted, with a sequel, by Chris Monks and Richard Atkinson, followed on Sunday at 5 by Ballet Theatre UK's Aladdin.

This week's Writers ARCADE rehearsed reading at ARC Stockton on Wednesday is Scott Young's If I Should Wake. From Thursday to Saturday Vivid Theatre returns to ARC with Just Checking.

In Harrogate Theatre's Studio this week, TicTac Theatre presents Dario Fo's The Open Couple on Tuesday and on Friday Kathryn Beaumont performs her own one-woman show I Told You This Would Happen. In the Main House on Tuesday, it's The Simon and Garfunkel Story, followed on Wednesday by Swansea City Opera with Gounod's Faust.
