Jersey Boys continues at Newcastle Theatre Royal until Saturday.

At Alphabetti on Saturday at 8:00, PP Productions presents pop-up show Landslide in which 12 women will stand up and perform this work-in-progress created from questions that were posed to 50 women aged 35 and over about their experiences past and present and their view of the future.

The Desert Queen comes to Daltons Suite at the Customs House, South Shields, on Monday.

On Saturday and Sunday at Billingham Forum, the Billingham International Festival presents Ikebana, The Journey In Quest Of Harmony. The first act will be in the Forum Theatre and the second in the Forum Ice Arena.

A summer season of Gilbert and Sullivan productions by amateur companies from across Britain begins on Thursday and runs until 23 August at Harrogate Theatre. There will be a different production every night.
