Sleeping Beauty at Darlington

Aladdin continues at Newcastle Theatre Royal until 19th January.

The Little Detective Agency (for the under 6s) continues in Stage 2 at Northern Stage until 5th January and on Monday The Borrowers opens in Stage 1 and will continue until 29th December.

Jack and the Beanstalk, a performance involving storytellers, dancers and aerial artists and aimed ages 4–7, opens at Dance City, Newcastle, on Wednesday and runs until Saturday at various times throughout the day.

Theatre Hullabaloo’s The Elves and the Shoemakers comes to Arts Centre Washington from Thursday to Saturday.

Dick Whittington continues at the Customs House in South Shields until 6th January.

Sleeping Beauty continues at the Gala in Durham until 5th January.

Jack and the Beanstalk opens at Billingham Forum on Saturday and runs until 6th January.

Stuff and Nonsense presents The Little Red Hen (for age 3+) at ARC, Stockton, until 24th December, and from Thursday to Saturday Vivid Theatre returns with their new production The Centre by Johnny Bussell.

From Friday to Sunday Peter Pan comes to Middlesbrough Theatre.

Sleeping Beauty opens at Darlington Civic on Saturday and runs until 20th January.

At the Georgian Theatre Royal in Richmond Babes in the Wood opens on Thursday and runs until 5th January.

Jack and the Beanstalk continues at Harrogate Theatre until 13th January.
