The first tour for 2014 Edinburgh Fringe success You're Never Too Old starts in October with television's Diane Keen and Graham Cole taking the roles in this bittersweet two–hander.
Diane Keen is best-known for her many television roles including in The Cuckoo Waltz, The Ruth Rendell Mysteries and long-running BBC soap Doctors. On stage, her credits include a season at the Bristol Old Vic and tours of Same Time Next Year, Ladybird, The Vagina Monologues and The Small Hand.
Graham Cole will be well-known to watchers of long-running television drama The Bill. His other television credits include Secret Army, Blakes 7, Dr Who, Law & Order: UK and Doctors. Amongst his numerous stage credits are Abigail's Party, Wait Until Dark, Cabaret, Black Comedy, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Boys In The Band, Murder At The Vicarage, A Christmas Carol and A White Christmas.
This one-act comedy examines relationships, loneliness and humanity as Tommy and Ada confide secrets and recount memories.
You're Never Too Old opens at the Yeovil Octagon on 11 September and then travels as follows:
