The autumn programme for Watford Palace Theatre opens this week with Motionhouse’s Broken, an athletic dance piece with digital imagery co-commissioned with Warwick Arts Centre, The Grand Blackpool, MAC and Swindon Dance.

Half term week sees a celebration of Black History and a visit from Fantastic Mr Fox courtesy of the Hertfordshire County Youth Theatre, with MummyJi Presents following in early November. This showcase of British Asian talent includes sung, spoken word, beatboxing, dance and comedy performances.

English Touring Theatre and Rose Theatre Kingston's production of Ibsen's Ghosts plays the run-up to Christmas with panto Robin Hood by Andrew Pollard (writer of last year's Mother Goose and before that Jack and the Beanstalk) going through to the end of December.
