Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo will host a ‘100% Jean-Christophe Maillot’ programme to celebrate his 60th birthday as part of the end-of-the-year festivities at the Grimaldi Forum.
The company will perform Dov’è la Luna created in 1994 and Core Meu with Antonio Castrignanò and his Apulian orchestra 11–13 December, then, 18 December–3 January, three large-scale narrative ballets: Cinderella, Romeo and Juliet and LAC.
The dancers will be accompanied by the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Igor Dronov and Kazuki Yamada.
