Noises Off at The Lowry

Miss Nightingale returns to The Lowry in Salford for an encore.

Following its première at the venue two years ago, a reworked Miss Nightingale brings extra sizzle, scandal and showbiz to the Quays Theatre, with a larger cast, more than 20 original songs and more outrageous outfits.

The show runs from Wednesday to Saturday.

The Enough Project brings together two distinctive regional voices to respond to one simple question: what is enough? at The Lowry from Thursday to Saturday.

It’s a unique double-bill featuring Brimming by Emma Adams and Something Right by Cathy Crabb, with a cast of Northern actors including Manchester-born Jo Mousley.

A modern classic of British theatre, Noises Off returns to The Lowry in Salford.

Michael Frayn’s backstage farce looks at the hilarious consequences of a theatre company hitting the road when the cast are ill-equipped, badly prepared and increasingly disorderly.

To celebrate 40 years since its first appearance at the Royal Court Theatre, and becoming “the world's favourite rock ‘n' roll musical”, Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show is filling a whole week in Manchester with events in and around the Palace Theatre.

Award winning play The Rise and Demise of Kenneth Kennedy-Smythe makes a welcome return after seven years to celebrate ten years of Studio Salford. The intriguing dark comedy by established writer Mike Heath will be showing Wednesday and Thursday
