For sixteen years, Camden People’s Theatre (CPT) has presented Sprint, a festival that showcases the work of innovative contemporary theatre practitioners.
This year's event, which runs from 1 to 24 March at the People’s Theatre and in various venues around the Camden area of London, offers its signature eclectic range of works including a faith-based interactive dance lesson, an artist locked in CPT’s window, a play-guided walk through Euston and a performance in a burger van.
The festival closes with a Pop-Up Shop in a vacant shop unit where bespoke interactive theatre will be performed for passers-by.
Sprint 2013 follows Camden People’s Theatre recent festivals Futureshock in November 2012 and Beyond the Joke which took place last month.
