Third Canterbury Children’s Festival this month

Pitschi: The Kitten With Dreams - part of the third Canterbury Children’s Festival this month

A range of performances, workshops and activities for young audiences are taking place at a number of Canterbury venues for half term.

Festival highlights include Captain Flinn And The Pirate Dinosaurs, Pitschi: The Kitten With Dreams and James Campbell’s Comedy 4 Kids.

As well as theatre events, there are theatre tours, story time, a hunt for festival mascot Big Blue, puppet and costume workshops and a Clangers outer space trail. Many events are free.

Canterbury Children’s Festival runs from 23 to 30 May. Booking (including for free events) is through The Marlowe box office.
