Jack and the Beanstalk continues at Newcastle Theatre Royal until 18 January.

At Northern Stage Tallest Tales from the Furthest Forest (for the under-6s) continues until 4 January in Stage 2 and in Stage 1 Dark Woods, Deep Snow. A Grimm Tale for Christmas opens on Tuesday and runs until 28 December.

The Paper Birds bring On the One Hand to Live Theatre from Wednesday to Friday.

The Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre's panto Sleeping Beauty opens on Friday and runs until 30th December.

Ghost the Musical continues at Sunderland Empire until Saturday.

Slot Machine presents One Snowy Night (for age 3 to 7) from Tuesday to Saturday (various times) at Arts Centre Washington.

Cinderella continues at the Customs House until 5 January.

Robin Hood & the Babes in the Wood continues at Durham's Gala Theatre until 4 January.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs opens at Billingham Forum on Saturday and runs until 5 January.

On Saturday at 11AM and 2PM tutti frutti's The Boy Who Cried Wolf is at Hartlepool's Town Hall Theatre.

Sleeping Beauty is at Middlesbrough Theatre from Friday until 5 January.

Aladdin opens at Darlington Civic on Saturday and runs until 12 January.

Cinderella runs at the Georgian Theatre Royal in Richmond from Saturday to 5 January.

Sleeping Beauty continues at Harrogate Theatre until 12 January.
