Cinderella continues at Newcastle’s Theatre Royal until 15 January.

James and the Giant Peach continues at Northern Stage until 31 December. Also until 31, Northern Stage in association with Theatr Iolo and Theatre Hullabaloo presents Luna for ages 2 to 4. This show is completely sold out.

The Tyne Theatre and Opera House’s panto Beauty and the Beast continues until 30 December.

Nice Swan presents Aladdin in the Pantodrome in the grounds of Whickham School, Gateshead, until Friday.

Sunderland Empire’s panto Sleeping Beauty runs until 31 January.

At the Customs House in South Shields Jack and the Beanstalk runs until 7 January in the Main House and in the Studio children’s show Santa’s Naughty Elf and the Frozen Christmas runs until Saturday (various times).

On Thursday, the Suggestibles take their Impro Pantso to Alnwick Playhouse.

At The Maltings in Berwick, Sleeping Beauty runs until 30 December.

Until 30 December, Oddsocks presents The Jungle Book at the Queen’s Hall in Hexham.

Aladdin continues at the Playhouse Whitley Bay until 2 January.

Jack and the Beanstalk continues at the Gala in Durham until 7 January and Elf’s Christmas Wish, a show for the under-5s, runs until Saturday (various times).

At Billingham Forum, Jack and the Beanstalk continues until 8 January (various times).

At Hartlepool Town Hall Theatre, Aladdin runs until 28 December.

At Middlesbrough Theatre, Aladdin continues until 8 January (various times).

The Snow Dragon, presented by Tall Stories and aimed at age 3+, runs at ARC Stockton until Tuesday (various times).

Hedgehog Theatre Company presents new family musical Santa’s In Danger! at Saltburn Arts Centre from Tuesday to Friday.

Snow White continues at the Georgian Theatre Royal in Richmond until 8 January.

Dick Whittington continues at Harrogate Theatre until 15 January.
