Halifax-based theatre company, Northern Broadsides, is holding a once-in-a-lifetime Theatrical Props and Costume sale on Saturday 13th July from 9:30AM onwards at The Viaduct Theatre, Dean Clough in Halifax.
The Yorkshire theatre company will be selling costumes, furniture, props and paraphernalia from over 20 years of award-winning theatre productions. Items will include costumes from their production of Othello featuring Lenny Henry, dresses from School for Scandal, jackets and a three-piece suit from last year’s A Government Inspector, as well as the furniture featured in the company’s most recent production, Rutherford & Son.
Funds raised from the sale will go towards future Northern Broadsides productions and will help fill the gap made by funding cuts as well as comply with the company's environmental policy by recycling. Any funds left after the sale will go to charities. Please note that payment is by cash or cheque only.
