Award-winning productions and “much-loved” musicals are part of the new season at Stoke’s Regent Theatre.

A new production of Fame which seems as though it will live forever visits the Regent from 28 April until 3 May before making way for Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, featuring Sam Attwater and Helena Blackman, from 5 until 10 May.

Last of the Duty Free, reuniting the stars of one of the UK’s favourite romantic sitcoms, is at the Regent from 19 until 24 May. Keith Barron, Gwen Taylor and Neil Stacy will be joined by Carol Royal for one last fling in the sun.

Jason Donovan who plays Frank Butler, Emma Williams (Annie Oakley) and Norman Pace (Buffalo Bill) appear in Annie Get Your Gun which should fire up Stoke from 10 until 14 June.

Rock of Ages, starring Ben Richards and Noel Sullivan, blasts into the Regent from 14 until 19 July.

The National Theatre’s One Man, Two Guvnors, featuring Shaun Williamson and Emma Barton, arrives at the Regent from 25 until 30 August.

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat returns to Stoke from 16 until 20 September.

The highlight of the year for many arrives at the end of September when the National Theatre production War Horse visits for a three-week run from 24 September until 11 October.

The original West End hit musical Jersey Boys visits the Regent from 28 October until 8 November.

Opera fans will be delighted to know the Glyndebourne Tour is back in Stoke on 9 and 10 December.
