New SOLT President Independent producer Mark Rubinstein has been named the new President of the Society of London Theatre (SOLT), in succession to outgoing President Nica Burns. He has worked as a producer on shows including current West End hits Butley and War Horse, the National Theatre production of Fela!, which will run at Sadler’s Wells this summer, and Glengarry Glen Ross, The Magic Flute – Impempe Yomlingo and Bent. He spent six years as Finance Director of the Royal Court and has been General Manager of the Institute for Contemporary Arts, Senior Producer for Bill Kenwright Ltd and a consultant to the Old Vic. He also sits on the board of Complicite and Stage One.
