Camden People’s Theatre is hosting a day of activities in connection with the referendum on 18 June.

Whether you want help to make your mind up how to vote or you are in search of topical entertainment, the festival offers a range of events looking at what it means to be European.

Being European: Before the Referendum includes performances Unmasked by Acheulian, Post by Xavier de Sousa, Homesick by Babakas, DOUZA by X&Co and Eurohouse by Nasi Voutsas and Bertrand Lesca, a panel discussion on How are arts & culture engaging with ideas of Europe? and a debate on Europe: Guardian of Democracy?.

Camden People’s Theatre has teamed up with the European Theatre Research Network (University of Kent), the Inside/Outside Europe Research Network (University of Winchester) and Birkbeck Centre for Contemporary Theatre (Birkbeck College) to bring together this event which will be followed by After the Referendum in September.
