The Classic Thriller Company will bring its adaptation of Ruth Rendell's A Judgement in Stone to Manchester's Opera House, directed by TV's Adam Dalgliesh, Roy Marsden.
Joining the cast for the current tour are Chris Ellison (DCI Burnside from The Bill) and Robert Duncan (Gus Hedges in Drop the Dead Donkey). Continuing in the cast are Sophie Ward, Deborah Grant, Antony Costa and Ben Nealon.
Eunice struggles to fit in. When she joins a wealthy family as their housekeeper, the reason for her awkwardness, long hidden and deeply buried, leads inexorably to a terrible tale of murder in cold blood—on Valentine’s Day.
The production runs at the Manchester Opera House from 13 to 18 November.
