Former EastEnders favourite Cheryl Fergison will play Spirit of the Beans and X-Factor finalist Marcus Collins will be Jack in Jack and the Beanstalk at Derby’s Assembly Rooms.
The Derby LIVE and Paul Holman Associates panto also features Mike “Squeaky” McClean as Simple Simon and Don Maclean as Dame Trott.
Collins made his professional theatre debut early in 2013 in Hairspray and Jack will be his first panto role.
Producer Paul Holman said, “Marcus brings a wealth of talent plus charm and charisma to the production.”

Written by Lee Waddingham and directed by Keith and Ben Simmons, Jack and the Beanstalk runs in Derby’s Assembly Rooms from Wednesday 4 December until Sunday 5 January.
