Final year drama students from Lancaster’s University of Cumbria take to The Dukes stage in January.
Thirty-five years since it premièred, Top Girls follows Marlene, the director of an employment agency, who questions the compromises she has made and the price she has paid for success in a "man’s world".
It is performed in The Round from January 19 to 21. Age guidance 8+.
Completing the annual double bill, the students also present Mojo from January 26 to 28.
Winner of an Olivier Award for Best New Comedy, Mojo is a slick, black comedy set in the seedy gangster underworld of 1950s Soho and tells the story of two rival club owners fighting for control of clubland’s latest rock 'n' roll protégé. Age guidance 14+.
