The Right Size Duck into the Albery

The Right Size (Hamish McColl and Sean Foley) will bring their latest show Ducktastic! - directed, like their previous success The Play What I Wrote, by Kennth Branagh - to London's Albery Theatres after a pre-London run at the Newcastle Theatre Royal.

The play starts previewing at the Albery on 11th October and opens on 17th. It runs in Newcastle from 2nd to 17th September.

Christopher Ursula Sassoon has lost his licence to perform in Las Vegas after an unfortunate incident with an emu. In a bid to make it back to the big time, he's decided to stage a Las Vegas spectacular in Newcastle. Teaming up with Roy de la Rue, a pet shop proprietor from Portsmouth, Sassoon is ready to present his most ambitious show ever with showgirls, fireworks, dancing waterfalls, death-defying feats, an erupting volcano and Daphne, the world's most amazing duck!

There's a cast of 26, which includes Liz Crowther, Clive Hayward, Alex Kelly, Ruby Snape - and, of course, Daphne. Alice Power designs and also joining the team is Michael Rooney, Kylie Minogue's choreographer for the Showgirls tour.
