Liverpool’s Everyman has announced how actors wishing to be part of the Rep Company can audition to be part of it when it launches next year.

The first stage will be a series of open auditions for professional actors from, or resident in, Merseyside that are hitherto unknown to the Everyman team and who don’t have an agent. Professional actors who do have an agent have been asked to contact the casting director via their agent.

Everyman artistic director Gemma Bodinetz said, “we have been overwhelmed by the positive response that we will be forming a resident company of 14 actors at the Everyman. We want brave, creative, generous souls that believe theatre should blow your socks off and has the power to transform our perception of our place in the world.”
