The Apprenticeship Scheme at Guildford's Yvonne Arnaud Youth Theatre, now in its ninth year, is looking for its next apprentice to join the team from September 2016 to August 2016.
Based within the Youth Department, the apprentice role includes assisting in classes and workshops, working on youth theatre productions and assisting with marketing, funding, stage management, theatre operations and administration.
The successful apprentice will also work extensively in technical theatre disciplines including lighting, sound and prop and costume making and will utilise these skills for stage managing the Youth Theatre's production at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Head of Youth and Education, Nick White explained, "the qualities we look for in an apprentice are energy, enthusiasm, initiative and someone who can fit into the small but dedicated Youth Theatre team."
Open to anyone aged 18 and over, the closing date for applications is 5PM on Friday 17 June.
