Derby-born actress Gwen Taylor takes the role of the Enchantress in Beauty and the Beast at Derby Arena—the first panto to be produced at the venue by Little Wolf Entertainment.
Morgan Brind from Little Wolf which is based just outside Derby has written the panto and plays star baker Dame Betty Brioche. Ben Faulks, otherwise known as Mr Bloom on the CBeebies’ television channel, plays Idle Jacques. Aston Dobson is the handsome but not too bright Gaston.
Beauty and the Beast, a Derby LIVE co-production, runs at Derby Arena from Friday 5 December until Sunday 31 December.
