Helen George - After Miss Julie

Anthony Banks will direct Helen George in a new production of After Miss Julie which tours prior to a West End run.

Helen George will be familiar to television audiences from Call the Midwife and Strictly Come Dancing, though her theatre credits include musicals The Woman In White and the stage adaptation of High School Musical, as well as A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

After Miss Julie is written by Patrick Marber after August Strindberg. Marber's other work includes Dealer’s Choice and Closer.

The production opens at the Theatre Royal Bath on 24 May then visits Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford, Cambridge Arts Theatre, Theatre Royal Brighton, Richmond Theatre and Milton Keynes Theatre. Further dates are to be announced.
