Theatre by the Lake's offering for the under-6s this Christmas is Wolf! from Kitchen Zoo, based on the fable by Aesop.
Under the snowy mountains, beneath the winter moon and amongst a flock of woolly sheep, Jack is bored. Bored of watching sheep and bored of counting them. Just really bored of sheep. Down in the village, a whisper of a wolf is about to cause a panic.
Through original music and puppetry, two performers, Sophie Coward and Jack Lloyd, bring to life this retelling of The Boy Who Cried Wolf.
Kitchen Zoo returns to Theatre by the Lake following two previous productions for young audiences, The Tortoise and The Hare and Hey Diddle Diddle.
The show runs 12–31 December 2023 and is suitable for children aged 6 and under. All performances are 'relaxed'.
