Sister Act The Musical will see West End star Landi Oshinowo lead the cast as Deloris Van Cartier in the tour coming to Sunderland Empire November 27 to December 2.
The cast also includes Lizzie Bea as Sister Mary Robert, Alfie Parker as Eddie Souther and Ian Gareth-Jones as Curtis Jackson, alongside Isabel Canning, Jackie Pulford, Phillip Arran, Lori Hayley Fox, Wendy-Lee Purdy, Bradley Judge, Damian Buhagiar, Callum Martin, Castell Parker, Esme Laudat, Amber Kennedy, Joseph Connor, Ceris Hine, Eloise Runnette, Sheri Lineham and Michael Ward.
Landi Oshinowo’s credits include Mrs Phelps in Matilda The Musical, Shrek the Musical, The Light Princess, Big Fish and Sister Act at the London Palladium.
Based on the movie, Sister Act tells the story of the disco diva whose life takes a surprising turn when she witnesses a murder.
