Northampton’s Royal and Derngate and experimental dance organisation Dance4 are offering young people aged 13 to 18 the chance to take part in a hip-hop and break-dancing residency during the schools’ half-term.

The residency will be led by choreographer Mickael “Marso” Riviere, an associate artist with DanceXchange—part of the largest dance partnership in Britain—who has been based in the UK since 1999.

He has established an international reputation for his blend of contemporary and hip-hop dance works.

The residency which costs £50 runs from Tuesday until Friday, 28 to 31 May. No dance experience is necessary.
