National Archive Accreditation for The National Theatre

The National Theatre Archive which holds the creative, technical and administrative records of the National Theatre, has been awarded National Archive Accreditation.

The NT's Archive material spans more than five decades, covering the movement to found the National Theatre onwards; amongst the collection are recordings, correspondence, posters and scripts.

The NT is the first theatre to achieve Archive Service accreditation. This UK quality standard recognises its achievements in archive services.

The archive is open to all users.
