The Band

The Band returns to the region, after its première in Manchester two years ago. It’s at The Lowry from next Wednesday until January 26 and features the music of Take That.

HOME’S annual PUSH festival in Manchester runs until January 26. It has become one of the region’s key arts festivals and events, showcasing a range of creative talent in North West England.

Manchester theatre and performance students stage a double bill of performance work, Tapestries, at Waterside Theatre, Chorlton Street, Manchester on Thursday and Friday.

Horror writer Ramsey Campbell is guest narrator in a dark Dickens satire in aid of Wirral Foodbanks on Saturday at The Wilfred Owen Story, 34 Argyle Street, Birkenhead.

Katie & Pip returns to the region at Edge Hill University, Ormskirk next Thursday. It explores invisible disability, compassion and the life saving bond between 15-year-old Katie, a type 1 diabetic, and Pip, her medical alert dog.
