Black Men Walking at the Royal Exchange Theatre

A world première of a musical The ToyBoy Diaries is to be the first production staged in 2018 at the critically-acclaimed Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester. The production runs from Thursday to February 10 and is the first of five in-house musicals this year.

Inspired by a real-life men’s walking group based in Sheffield, Black Men Walking premières at Manchester Royal Exchange next Thursday.

Birmingham Stage Company bring the world première of David Walliams’s Awful Auntie to Preston Guild Hall from next Thursday to Saturday.

Returning to the Octagon Theatre in Bolton in the iconic role of Jane Eyre is Jessica Baglow after her role of Rita in Educating Rita.
