Political glimpse into future in Salford

Loving Her, Loving Him

It’s June 2022 and Greater Manchester’s first Mayor has been elected as Prime Minister. Just one of the political scenarios that the award-winning Inkbrew Productions explore in their new play Loving Her, Loving Him by Stephen M Hornby.

It premières at The Kings Arms, Salford from September 6 to 9.

Inkbrew won the Greater Manchester Fringe Best Drama Award last year with their controversial dramedy Die Diana also by Hornby. And they were nominated for Best Fringe Production at the Manchester Theatre Awards 2017.

The company is determined to make its new play every bit as topical and controversial, with a behind the scenes look at the sex, and sweat of political parties from the 1970s, through the present day, to a possible near future.
