A charity which aims to be the UK’s leading developer of talent for young artists is looking for creative people for a three-day showcase in Derby.
Individual artists or groups working across theatre or dance who are aged between 18 and 30 can apply to be a part of a UK Young Artists’ showcase. Selected artists will get the opportunity to present their work at theatres, galleries, arts centres and independent spaces across Derby.
The UKYA National Festival will be held in Derby from 3 until 6 November. A number of young artists will then be chosen to present their work at an international festival with the Biennale of Young Artists of Europe and the Mediterranean in 2017.
Entries for the Derby festival close at 5PM on Tuesday 31 May.
