Flying Solo at Contact Theatre

This year’s Flying Solo festival at Manchester’s Contact Theatre features six FREE performances from March 4 to 9.

The ability of a single artist to captivate and hold an audience is one of the great performing traditions and Flying Solo celebrates this skill with performance including live art, spoken word, music and theatre.

There will also be pop up performances throughout the week from partner company, Piece of Work.

This is the third Flying Solo Festival to be held at Contact and as part of the festival 12 artists have pitched to win commissions for £3,000 for mentoring, development and rehearsal space.
