The Missing Light from Make Mend and Do

Theatre-maker Mark Arends’s tale for all ages, The Missing Light, will visit the Everyman in Liverpool on November 2 and 3 for four performances, following success at London’s Old Vic and internationally.

It’s about hopes, dreams, togetherness and friendship presented by theatre company Make Mend and Do.

Using puppetry, film, music and live animation to create a silent film, this story is created live on stage, before the final film is projected on a big screen.

It tells the story of Warple and Hilda—two elderly people from a seaside village who come together to embark on a journey to overcome isolation.
