That Face runs from 12 November to 1 December

Two strikingly different pieces form the autumn season at The Landor Theatre.

First on the programme is the transfer of new musical The Bakewell Bake Off which played Waterloo East Theatre in the summer.

A "satire on modern Britain whilst celebrating all things 'cake'", this work started life as an MA student project at the Guildford School of Acting and features a cast of the School's graduates directed by Julian Woolford, its Head of Postgraduate Musical Theatre.

That Face by Polly Stenham follows in November. This production will be the first London revival of the multi–awarding winning play which was Stenham's stunning début, written when she was 19 years old.

Its study of a wealthy family falling apart is uncompromising but also darkly comic. Tara Robinson will direct; casting is to be announced.
