Princess Diana faked her own death—according to a new play in this year’s Greater Manchester Fringe Festival.

Stephen M Hornby is examining conspiracy theories in his new play Die Diana, set in London and Manchester.

His three Dianas are played by Emily Heyworth, Ciaran Wilson and Daniel Wallace, who starred in BBC2’s Worried About the Boy.

Die Diana will be performed by Inkbrew Productions and première at Bandit Mugger and Thief on Manchester’s Canal Street on Wednesday June 29 until July 5, as part of Greater Manchester Fringe 2016.

GMF Festival, now in its fifth year, takes place between June 24 and July 31—and features theatre, comedy, dance, art, debate, poetry and children’s shows at 27 venues throughout the city.
