The programme for June has been announced for Pavilion Theatre in Rhyl.

There will be a vist from recording star Billy Ocean. His hits include "Love Really Hurts Without You", "Caribbean Queen" and "When the Going gets Tough (the tough get going)", the theme song to movie Jewel Of The Nile. Supporting him is Denise Pearson who was the lead singer in 80s pop group Five Star.

Queen Tribute band The Bohemians stops off at Rhyl as part of a new tour which celebrates Queen's The Crazy Tour and The Magic Tour including hits such as "A Kind of Magic", "I Want to Break Free" and "One Vision".

Children's show Mordaith Anhygoel Madog! plays its only north Wales date at The Pavilion in June, telling the story of Prince Madoc of North Wales and his voyage to discover America before Columbus through the eyes of the ship's youngest crew member.

The show is part of a multi-platform project that includes a web site where families can learn about the show and take part in activities and there is also a section for non-Welsh-speaking families.

Last year's Britain’s Got Talent Wild Card Finalist, ventriloquist Steve Hewlett, brings his cast of characters including Little Simon, Little Sinitta and Arthur Larger, and support act, international award-winning illusionist Richard Griffin.

Britain’s Favourite Male Medium, as voted for by Soul & Spirit Magazine, Derek Acorah also visits as part of his Enlightenment Tour.

Looking a little further ahead, Jason Manford brings his First World Problems tour to north Wales. Westlife's Shane Filan will visit the venue in November on his You And Me tour to promote his new album of the same name.

Events for the rest of this month include A Vision Of Elvis, a tribute act from Rob Kingsley, winner of Europe’s Largest Elvis competition, Kenny Ball Junior And His Jazzmen and Carnaby Street – The Concert, a six-piece band playing the hits from the 60s.
