Youngsters from Leicestershire are being encouraged to audition for the Christmas panto at De Montfort Hall, Leicester.
Bosses are eager to get children between the ages of 9 and 16 involved in Cinderella and auditions will be held at De Montfort Hall on Sunday 6 July at 9:30AM.
Steve Boden, managing director of Imagine Theatre, the panto’s producers, says, “Auditioning youngsters is always a lot of fun, but also a real challenge as we see so much talent.
“We’re proud of the fact we’re able to offer all local children the opportunity to perform in a professional production as they can learn such a lot from the experience.
“Children need to be bubbly, confident and great dancers who are prepared to work hard as well as having lots of fun.”
Application forms can be downloaded from either the De Montfort Hall web site or the Imagine Theatre web site.
Cinderella runs from Saturday 13 December until Sunday 3 January.
