A Handful Of Stars opens on 30 April at London's Theatre503.

This play by Billy Roche is presented as part of the venue's SECOND LOOK series which stages full productions of neglected modern classics. The action is set in the Irish town of Wexford where ‘shot-gun’ weddings are outnumbered only by random acts of violence in the pool hall.

Boyzone star, Coronation Street's Keith Duffy, will make his London stage début as Stapler and is joined on stage by Ciarán Owens, whose credits include Oh What A Lovely War at Stratford East, Michael O’Connor recently in Once at the West End's Phoenix Theatre and Brian Fenton recently in The Cripple Of Inishmaan at the West End's Noël Coward Theatre.

Completing the cast are Michael O’Hagan, Colm Gormley and Maureen O’Connell. Theatre503 artistic director Paul Robinson directs.

A Handful Of Stars will run at Theatre503 from 30 April to 24 May.
