The full cast has been announced for Guys and Dolls, the first musical to be staged at Chichester Festival Theatre this summer following a major redevelopment.
Clare Foster plays Sarah Brown. Her previous Chichester credits include The Master and Margarita and Out of This World.
Jamie Parker—who appeared at Chichester in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, which transferred to the West End—plays Sky Masterson, and Peter Polycarpou—who also transferred to the West End in Chichester productions of The Pajama Game, Sweeney Todd and Love Story—plays Nathan Detroit.
Sophie Thompson, known to TV viewers as Stella Crawford in Eastenders plays Miss Adelaide.
Based on the stories about New York gamblers by Damon Runyon, the production will be directed by Gordon Greenberg with choregraphy by Carlos Acosta, both making their debuts at Chichester.
Guys and Dolls will be at the Festival Theatre, Chichester from 11 August to 21 September.
